DNA KITSMembers of the Andover Township Police Department participated in several Child Identification Programs in conjunction with the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge # 177. Several area businesses sponsored these programs. During these programs, children were fingerprinted and photographed. DNA kits were again completed for children in the Andover Regional School District. All information was returned to the parents. Anyone interested in having a DNA kit for their child can contact the department for further information and request to speak with Ptl. Rod Mosner. We would like to emphasize that the DNA kits are not retained by this department for data base purposes. This program is strictly geared towards safekeeping your child in the event of an emergency.
