BUSINESS CONTACT FILEThe Andover Township Police Department maintains a database of relevant contact information for the many businesses in the Township. Often, this data becomes quickly outdated. As a result, the Andover Township Police are continually updating all records associated with the businesses located in town. Having accurate information about businesses, their respective locations, key holders, contacts, and alarm info is critically important for our police officers when handling emergencies or alarm calls at a business in town. Often, an efficient response and an effective disposition of an emergency call at a business comes down to the timely information available to our responding units. In an effort to supply our officers with the best possible information about the Townships businesses, we are asking all business owners to take a moment to accurately complete our BUSINESS INFORMATION FORM. This data will be compiled and stored in the department's computer system, for use by police officers only, when handling emergencies, alarm calls, and other incidents that may occur at a business, especially during off-hours. In addition to collecting contact information, the Andover Township Police Department is also interested in ensuring that all businesses have registered their security alarm systems with Andover Township. Pursuant to Township Ordinance, all alarm systems must be registered with the Police Department. The Andover Township Police Department would like to receive all related updates and paperwork for the businesses in town as soon as possible. In order to make that goal practical and convenient for business owners, the necessary forms are posted on this website. Businesses are encouraged to print the forms from the webpage, complete them, and return them to the Andover Township Police Department either in person, by mail, or by fax.
